but at the same time i have so much trust in brennan and the cast that they will make the story end in a satisfying way. In a campaign about stories ending I have no doubt the end is going to be bittersweet and beautiful.
one day in the future i will go oh! i should rewatch neverafter! and i will have to sit through the horrible horrible social interactions in ep 15 again and i think that shows my dedication to this show if im willing to do that
thinking about alphonse, I NEED to know who cursed this man and decided the cure would be a cricket needs to shoot a rocket at you. which fucking fairy was like i hate this man so much im going to turn him into a mule and make such an obscure cure the curse will last forever.
also wondering if the curse was more likely something like, you have to be brought back from the brink of death by someone who hates you or something like that, which seems more likely to be something brennan thought up beforehand knowing that the party has such a strained relationship with this fucking mule who keeps showing up in their path. or alternatively if brennan decided right there and then this would be a funny twist, which seems unlikely just because everything is woven so neatly together, but maybe he planned the curse, but not the cure? idk lmao just thinking
